For situations that don't need a physical exam: a WhatsApp consultation with the same doctor, €35, up to 20 minutes, electronic prescription when applicable.

Paying and claiming it back
You pay us directly — by card through a secure Stripe link, Bizum, bank transfer or cash — there's no waiting for insurer authorisation before you're seen. How do I request a home doctor visit?
Message us on WhatsApp with your address and what's going on — we'll confirm the zone, arrival window and price before the doctor sets off.
How much does a home visit cost?
From €80. Fuengirola and Mijas are our base areas at €80; Benalmádena, Marbella and Málaga are €120 total (€80 base rate + €40 extended-area fee). We confirm the exact price on WhatsApp before the visit.
Do you see children?
Yes, we see patients from age 13 upwards. For younger children, message us on WhatsApp and we'll assess the specific case before booking.
Do you charge travel insurance directly?
No, payment is made directly by the patient. We can provide an invoice and a medical report so you can claim reimbursement from your travel insurer afterwards.
Can you visit me in a hotel or Airbnb?
Yes. We visit private homes, hotels and holiday apartments across the covered areas of the Costa del Sol.
What if I only need advice, not a home visit?
For situations that don't require a physical examination, an online consultation by chat is available for €35, with the same doctor, including an electronic prescription when applicable.
